Executive Van
The corporate group vehicle. Forward-facing seats, a standing-height cabin and real luggage room, booked for team travel, offsites, client groups and airport parties that need to arrive together.
The executive van seats up to 14 passengers with 14 bags and is the standard vehicle for corporate group travel in Snohomish County and the Eastside. It is used for team offsites, client groups, conference transfers, airport parties and wedding guest shuttles. Point-to-point trips are priced by mileage from the pickup address. Hourly as-directed service starts from $175 per hour, with no 4-hour minimum. Recurring work can go on a corporate account with monthly invoicing rather than paying trip by trip.

What this vehicle is and is not
Fourteen is the seated maximum, so a group of fifteen needs a second vehicle rather than one more seat, and it is worth counting carefully before the day. The van is built for getting a group somewhere comfortably, not for entertaining them on the way. For a celebration where the vehicle is part of the occasion, the SUV stretch or the party bus is the booking.

Pickups across the service area
Booked most often for corporate work across Snohomish County and the Eastside, and for group airport runs from anywhere in the service area.
What dispatch needs from you
Send the pickup address, the destination, the date and time, the exact passenger count and the number of bags. For corporate work, ask about an account so recurring runs are invoiced monthly instead of paid individually. For a flight, add the airline and flight number.
Executive Van questions
How many passengers fit in the executive van?
Up to 14 seated with seat belts, plus the chauffeur. Count carefully before you book, because the fifteenth passenger means a second vehicle rather than an extra seat.
Can you invoice a company monthly instead of charging per trip?
Yes. Recurring executive transfers, team travel and airport runs can go on a corporate account with monthly invoicing, a named contact at dispatch and one statement rather than a receipt per trip. Contact info@everettlimoservice.com to set one up.
Is the executive van the same as the Sprinter van?
They are the same 14-passenger class. If you are unsure which to book, describe the trip to dispatch at 425-903-8282 and the right vehicle will be assigned.
Is there a minimum booking?
Not for point-to-point trips, which are priced by mileage. Hourly as-directed service starts from $175 per hour. The 4 to 6 hour minimum applies to stretch limousines and the party bus only.
Can it do repeated wedding shuttle runs?
Yes, booked hourly so the vehicle stays with you. Send the hotel, the venue, the guest count and the window you need covered, and dispatch will tell you how many runs fit the time.
Does everyone get a seat belt?
Yes. Every seated position has a belt, and passengers must remain seated and belted while the vehicle is moving.
Can we bring luggage and equipment?
Yes, and the executive van has the most luggage room in the fleet. Tell dispatch about oversized items such as display stands, instruments or ski bags when booking so the load is planned.
Check the Executive Van for your date
Send the group size, the date and whether this is a one-off or recurring. Dispatch will send a written starting-from quote, or set up an account.
