How corporate work is priced
Point-to-point trips, including airport transfers, are priced by mileage. When the vehicle stays with your executive, it is booked by the hour at the rates below. All rates are starting-from, and your account is quoted in writing.

Stretch limousines, SUV stretches and the party bus, used for company events and holiday parties, are hourly with a 4 to 6 hour minimum. Higher rates may apply on weekends, in prom season and over Christmas and other holidays.

Corporate accounts receive one monthly invoice with trips itemized by passenger, date and route. Payment terms are agreed when the account is set up.
How much does corporate car service cost?
Point-to-point trips, including airport transfers, are priced by mileage. As-directed hourly service starts from $90 per hour for a luxury sedan, $100 for the Lincoln Continental, $150 for an SUV and $175 for the 14-passenger Executive Van. Stretch limousines and the party bus, used for company events, are hourly with a 4 to 6 hour minimum. All rates are starting-from. Higher rates may apply on weekends, in prom season and over Christmas and other holidays.
Can several people book on our account?
Yes. Executive assistants, office managers and travel coordinators can all be authorized to book, and each trip is confirmed in writing to the booker.
Do you provide airport meet-and-greet for clients?
Yes, as a paid add-on. The chauffeur meets your guest inside the terminal with a name sign. Curbside pickup is standard and every arrival is flight-tracked.
Can you handle a full day of meetings?
Yes. As-directed hourly service keeps the vehicle and chauffeur with the executive for the day, across Everett, Bellevue, Seattle and the Eastside.
Can you move a larger group?
Yes. The Executive Van seats 14 with luggage, and for company events an SUV stretch seats up to 20 or the party bus up to 35.
