Luxury Minivan
The practical family booking. Sliding doors, a low step-in and room for six people with real luggage, which makes it the easiest vehicle in the fleet for loading children, strollers and car seats.
The luxury minivan seats up to 6 passengers with 6 bags and is the usual booking for family airport runs. Sliding doors and a low floor make it the easiest vehicle in the fleet for fitting child seats and loading strollers. Point-to-point trips, including transfers to SeaTac and Paine Field, are priced by mileage from your pickup address. Hourly as-directed service starts from $100 per hour. Child safety seats are available as a paid add-on and must be requested when booking.

What this vehicle is and is not
Six passengers and six bags are the maximums, not a combination you can have at once. With six adults aboard, the rear seats are usually occupied by people rather than luggage, so a family of six flying for a week should book the luxury SUV or the executive van instead. Tell dispatch both numbers, passengers and bags, and the right vehicle is assigned.

Pickups across the service area
The minivan is booked across the whole service area, most often for family airport runs from the residential suburbs.
What dispatch needs from you
Send the pickup address, the destination, the date and time, the number of passengers and the number of bags, and the age and weight of any child needing a seat. For an airport run, add the airline and flight number. Child seats must be requested at booking so they are installed before pickup.
Luxury Minivan questions
How many car seats can you fit in the minivan?
It depends on the seats and the ages, which is why we ask for the age and weight of each child when you book. The minivan is the easiest vehicle in the fleet for this because of the sliding doors and low floor, but tell dispatch the details and they will confirm the configuration before the day.
Can six people and six bags travel together?
Usually not at the same time. Six passengers means the rear row is occupied by people, which is where the luggage would otherwise go. For six adults with a week of luggage, book the executive van.
Is the minivan cheaper than the SUV?
Hourly, yes: from $100 per hour against $150 for the SUV. Point-to-point trips are priced by mileage and the vehicle class, so the minivan is also the cheaper option there for the same party size.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, as a paid add-on. Request the number and type when you book, with the age and weight of each child. You may also supply and install your own.
Will you track my flight?
Yes, on every airport pickup, with 60 minutes complimentary wait from a domestic landing and 90 from an international arrival.
Does it have a luggage rack?
No. Luggage travels inside, in the rear cargo area behind the back row. Tell dispatch about oversized items such as skis or golf clubs so the right vehicle is assigned.
Can I book the minivan hourly?
Yes, from $100 per hour as directed. There is no 4-hour minimum on the minivan, unlike the stretch limousines and party bus.
