What this vehicle is and is not
This is a car, not a limousine. Three passengers means three adults with seatbelts, and three bags means three standard checked bags in the trunk, not three bags each. If two people are flying for a week, or there are golf clubs, skis or a car seat, the luxury SUV is the better booking and dispatch will say so rather than send a sedan that cannot take the luggage.

Yes, as a paid add-on. Request the number and type of seats when you book, with the age and weight of each child, so they are installed before pickup.
Will you track my flight?
Yes, on every airport pickup. The pickup moves with the actual arrival time, and 60 minutes of complimentary wait from landing is included on domestic arrivals, 90 on international.
