4SMS & text messaging
By providing a mobile number when booking, you consent to receive service messages about your reservation, including booking confirmations, chauffeur and vehicle details, en-route and arrival notifications, and changes affecting your trip.
These are transactional messages relating to a booking you have made. They are not marketing. We do not sell, rent or share mobile numbers with third parties for marketing purposes, and mobile numbers collected for service messages are not shared with third parties for their own marketing under any circumstances.
Message frequency varies with your reservation. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.

5Cookies & tracking technologies
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small files stored by your browser that allow a site to function and to recognize a returning visitor.
- Essential cookies are required for the site and booking forms to work, including security and spam protection. These cannot be switched off without breaking the site.
- Analytics cookies help us understand which pages are used, how visitors arrive and where the site is failing them, in aggregate.
- Functional cookies remember preferences so that you are not asked the same thing twice.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent the quote and booking forms from working.
Some browsers send a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal. Where we receive a Global Privacy Control signal we treat it as a request to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information, as described under Your privacy choices and rights below.
7Payment information
Card payments are processed by a third-party payment processor that meets the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. Card details are transmitted directly to that processor.
We retain a secure token that allows an authorized charge to be made against the card you placed on file, together with the card type, the last four digits and the expiry date, so that a reservation can be secured and any overtime, cleaning or damage charge described in our Terms and Conditions can be processed. We do not store full card numbers or security codes on our own systems.
Where you hold a corporate account, billing contact and invoicing details are retained for the life of the account and for the record-keeping period below.
8Third-party services & links
The website and our operations use established third-party services, which may include analytics, mapping and route calculation, spam and bot protection on forms, payment processing, email and text delivery, and booking and dispatch software. These providers process information on our instructions and under their own privacy policies.
Our site may link to third parties such as airports, ferry operators, venues and review platforms. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any site we link to. Review their policies before providing information to them.
9Data retention
We keep information only as long as there is a reason to keep it.
- Reservation and billing records are retained for at least seven years, to meet tax, accounting, insurance and legal obligations.
- Quotes that never became a booking are retained for up to 24 months.
- Communications such as emails, texts and booking notes are retained with the related reservation record.
- Lost-and-found records are retained for 30 days, in line with our Terms and Conditions.
- Vehicle camera footage, where recorded, is retained on a short rolling cycle and overwritten automatically, unless it is preserved for an incident, claim or investigation.
- Website analytics are retained in aggregate form.
When information is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymized.
10Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information, including access controls limiting passenger detail to staff who need it, encrypted transmission on our website and booking forms, tokenized card handling through our payment processor, and confidentiality expectations for chauffeurs and dispatch staff.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by Washington State law.
Do not send full card numbers, identification documents or other sensitive information by email or text. If you need to provide something sensitive, call 425-903-8282 and we will tell you the secure way to send it.

Washington residents. Washington State law gives residents rights concerning personal information held about them and requires notification in the event of a qualifying data breach. Contact us at the address above to exercise any right available to you.
We will never treat you differently, refuse service, or charge a different price because you exercised a privacy right.
12California privacy rights

13Children's privacy
Our website and booking systems are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13.
Children do travel with us, and a reservation carrying passengers under 18 must be made by a parent, legal guardian, school or other responsible adult, as set out in our Terms and Conditions. Information about a child passenger, such as a first name or the age and weight needed to fit a child seat correctly, is provided by that adult and is used only to perform the trip safely.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us directly, contact info@everettlimoservice.com and we will delete it.
14Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our service, our systems or the law. The current version is always published on this page with the date it took effect.
Where a change materially affects how we handle information already collected, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected clients directly rather than relying on this page alone.
